call for speakers

Say it out loud

The talk track on Saturday, November 14, 2026 runs from nothing assumed to genuinely deep. If you have moved something onto free software and can say what broke and what did not, there is a slot for you. First time speakers are the point of this.

what we are looking for
  • A real account. Something you run, fixed, moved, or gave up on, with the specifics.
  • Plain words. The morning room has never installed Linux. The afternoon room has.
  • Practical over persuasive. The headline talk makes the case; everything else answers it.
  • Free software in the frame. It does not have to be pure, and saying where it is not is welcome.
